Recommendations for using EVN services

13.03.2020

EVN is a company that has a great responsibility during emergencies of the country and specific working conditions. The functioning of EVN is of national interest, which is to provide uninterrupted electricity supply as well as maintaining the necessary infrastructure and providing the necessary services to customers. That is why the protection of users and employees from the spread of the corona virus is a priority at this time.

In order to contribute to the protection of public health and to act on preventing the spread of the virus, we ask the customers to reduce the visits to the reception offices in the User Energy Centers and the Info Center in GTC in Skopje to a minimum. If visiting is necessary and urgent, we ask that the electronic waiting system to be respected, that they wait in the open in front of the offices, before they enter to disinfect their hands and keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from each other.

While the protection measures apply, the EVN reception office in Debar and the pay point in Gostivar will not work. We ask customers to use EVN's online services.

On the website evnonline.mk, without registering, customers can: apply for an electronic invoice and pay invoices quickly. By registering the profile, the following services are also available: checking and paying debts, downloading copies of invoices from the last 12 months, inspecting the history of all payments made through the user profile and requesting confirmation for successful payment.

In addition to customer protection measures, EVN has stepped up measures to protect human resources. Internal procedures for protection against the spread of the virus are strictly enforced, and government measures and recommendations are fully implemented. The most important thing is for employees to stay healthy and able to maintain the distribution system. EVN will also postpone the disconnection of users for unpaid bills while the emergency measures last.

We urge users to understand these recommendations as a common contribution to health protection. They are inevitable for us all in order to stay together in good health.
