EVN Macedonia together with the Customer Energy Center of Electricity Distribution in Shtip, carried out a volunteering action of planting of 300 seedlings in the municipality of Lozovo, as a result of the long-standing commitment to sustainable development and environmental protection.
As part of EVN's volunteering project, a group of 14 volunteers together with municipal representatives, dedicated their working day to reforesting certain locations. This action contributed to a greener and cleaner Lozovo, and thus a better quality of life for the population in the long term.
EVN’s project, which enables a systematic solution to volunteering in the company, from thinking through to implementing ideas, began in July 2017. So far, 57 activities have been implemented with over 600 employees.
Volunteering activities are part of EVN Macedonia’s continuous efforts to implement projects that have a positive impact on the environment. The company is fully committed to encouraging employees and implementing activities aimed at a better future for all citizens.
