EVN temporarily closes all customers reception offices

16.03.2020

Reception offices and the EVN Info Center will not function during the period of emergency corona virus protection measures. The company's telephone and electronic contacts will be used

In order of acting on purpose of preventing the spread of the corona virus and in accordance with the measures and recommendations of the Government and the Energy Regulatory Commission, EVN took additional measures to protect customers and employees. During the state of emergency, the reception offices will not work in all EVN Customer Energy Centers, as well as the Info Center in Skopje. Customers during this period should use the online services of EVN and in case of emergency contact phones in each Customer Energy Center. On the website evnonline.mk, customers can apply for an electronic invoice and quickly pay invoices without registering. By registering a profile, the following services are also available: checking and paying debts, downloading copies of invoices from the last 12 months, inspecting the history of all payments made through the user profile and requesting confirmation of successful payment.

In the period when the emergency measures are in force, no new connections will be carried out except those that are necessarily to be realized. Meters will not be read for at least one month, so users will receive invoices with estimated values, similar to the summer period (average consumption in the last 12 months). After the emergency measures are completed, the next reading will equalize the possible deviations made in the consumption estimation.

The functioning of EVN is of national interest, which is to provide uninterrupted electricity supply as well as maintaining the necessary infrastructure and providing the necessary services to customers. That is why all measures at this moment are aimed at the uninterrupted functioning of EVN teams, the protection of customers and employees from the spread of the corona virus.

We ask users to understand these measures and recommendations as a common contribution to health protection. This is inevitable to keep us all in good health and to overcome this situation together.
